PAL has accepted its first of 18 refurbished A321ceos – with registry number RP-C9905 – after a retrofitting program at the Lufthansa Technik Philippines’ (LTP) facility in Manila. The refurbished cabin is designed to accommodate 194 passengers in a dual-class layout with 12 Business Class, and 182 Economy Class seats. PAL has selected the highly popular Collins Pinnacle seats for economy class, manufactured at the Collins factory in Batangas by Filipino workers leading the production of these aircraft seats. PAL’s Vice President for Marketing Alvin Miranda said, “This cabin retrofit program reflects PAL’s vision of world-class excellence and heartfelt care. The program, which runs from 2025 to 2027, covers all 18 A321ceo aircraft of Philippine Airlines.
