BEMIDJI – The Bemidji State volleyball team was close to winning its first NSIC match this season on Saturday.
The Beavers fell to Sioux Falls 3-1 at the BSU Gymnasium.
After dropping the first set 25-20, Bemidji State rebounded to win the second set 25-17.
Kylie Struble had a team-high three aces, with two apiece for Athman and Karley Dunham.
Struble had a team-high 12 digs, followed by 10 from Madison Tripp and nine from Athman.
