CLEARWATER COUNTY — A 26-year-old man has been pronounced dead and a Bagley man has been charged with second-degree murder following an assault on Saturday night. According to a release from Clearwater County Sheriff Darin Halverson, at 12:48 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, dispatch received a call of a man who was not breathing at a Bagley residence. Lifesaving measures were started and McCollum was transported to the Sanford Bagley Medical Center. While at the Sanford Bagley Emergency Room, a witness provided a formal statement to law enforcement.
