OTTER TAIL COUNTY — A Perham man has been accused of soliciting prostitution after contacting a business in New York Mills looking for a massage. Larry McClendon Jr., 55, of Perham, was arrested Friday afternoon after allegedly texting a massage therapist and offering to pay for sexual services during a massage, according to a news release from the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office. The incident is under investigation by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office and the New York Mills Police Department.
