In its place, home furnishing and couch specialist ScS is set to arrive – but changes to the unit were required before then. An application, which was approved in March, sought permission for a new mezzanine within the unit and minor elevation amendments. Now, new plans have been submitted for two new signs bearing the ScS logo above the entrance to the unit. “The applicant has agreed to let unit 6B to a furniture retailer, ScS, subject to the revisions sought by these consents.”
