The 40-year-old pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified in connection with an incident on Earles Lane, Wincham on Friday, August 15. The court heard police officers had initially approached Milosz while he was flying a drone which appeared to them to be of a weight greater than 250g. Anthony Carey, prosecuting, said Milosz told officers he had driven to the lake with his partner, two drones and a paddle board. The control room later informed officers he was disqualified from driving for six month as of June 2025. The court heard he had no previous convictions.
