This includes ‘Sim Man’, a new CPR training simulator manikin which offers enhanced simulation capabilities that mimic real-life cardiac arrest scenarios with startling realism.
The Countess Charity needed the funds for this and contacted the Ursula Keyes Trust.
The trust was happy to help and donated £50,000 to add to £46,000 from the Countess of Chester Hospital Fund to purchase the simulator manikin.
Head of Fundraising for the Countess Charity, Angie Lopez, said: “The Ursula Keyes Trust has been key in supporting the Countess on many occasions for which we are truly grateful.
Ursula Keyes Trust is happy to continue to support this work by providing this grant to enable the purchase of the state-of-the-art Simulator Manikin.
