One fire crew attended the scene of the crash in Chester High Road, Neston, at about 4.50pm yesterday, Monday, September 22. A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Fire crews were called to support paramedics following a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian. "Firefighters worked to assist in the safe release of one casualty from beneath a vehicle. "Once freed, they were immediately handed over to the care of ambulance crews."
