The application by the council is in relation to two caravans and two vehicles containing two adults and two children is based at Little Sutton Library in Chester Road, Little Sutton. An order to disperse was sent to the camp on Tuesday, September 16 and a further notice sent two days later, it was confirmed at Chester Magistrates Court, in court one on September 23. OTHER NEWS:A legal representative for Cheshire West and Chester Council said: “They failed to comply, and a summons was served on Monday, September 22. “There were no issues from a welfare check so a court order is being sought for the removal of the camp.”Chairman of the bench Olga Randall approved the court order.
