Siobhan Robinson, 36, of Horace Black Gardens, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the court on Tuesday. It relates to an incident on August 27 when police were called to an incident in Foregate Street in Chester following reports of a woman making threats. According to Heather Bell, prosecuting, Robinson was shouting that she would harm herself and made motions towards doing so. Ms Bell added that Robinson had previous drunk and disorderly convictions. Appearing unrepresented, Robinson told the court she had no recollection of the incident but said she was sorry.
