A man was fatally injured in an accident at a business in Avon, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, officials said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the industrial accident, a building on Bodwell Street, after a 911 call for someone with a head injury just before 3 p.m., according to Avon's police and fire departments, who responded.
