A beloved tradition, Wintersköl Royalty honors Aspen locals who embody the community spirit, joy, and vitality of Wintersköl. The first Wintersköl Queen contest took place in 1951, according to ACRA’s website, where all the ladies of Aspen took part. “For the entire week of Wintersköl, all of the girls were required to attend various parties and cocktail receptions.
