DICKINSON — Two local firefighters, one from Stark County and one from Billings County, have been named to the North Dakota Firefighters Museum Hall of Fame. Donald “Don” Heiser of Billings County is also being recognized for his active duty from 1985 - 2016 with the Billings County Rural Fire Protection District.
