Elizabeth Russell Eppinger1933-2025Elizabeth Ann (Liz) Russell Eppinger, age 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Westminster-Canterbury, Winchester, Va.She was born on April 19, 1933, in Gainesboro, Va., the daughter of the late Rev. She most recently attended the Braddock Street United Methodist Church in Winchester. She is lovingly remembered by her three children, Herb Eppinger, Jr. and wife Bobbie of Martinsburg, W.Va., Ann Eppinger and husband Scott Davidson of Orlando, Fla., and Beth Little and husband Doug of Keyser, W.Va. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Jane (Jay) Russell, of Berkeley Springs; six grandchildren, Josh Eppinger (Andrea), Hayley Eppinger (Thomas), Will Sealy, Becca Sealy, Hannah Little-Cooper (Chris), Morgan Little; and one great granddaughter, Nora Eppinger. A private burial will be held and a memorial service is planned for Friday, October 17 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs.
