A man who allegedly groped a 15-year-old girl at a Miami bus stop said "God told him to" do it, police said. Jimmy Seiber, 42, is facing a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old after the alleged incident that happened Friday morning. She said no and got up and began to walk away, and he followed her and groped her breast, the report said. She contacted police, and officers responded and took Seiber into custody. While in custody, he spontaneously said he didn't touch anyone and "if he did it's because God told him to," the report said.
