A Miami man arrested months ago for the alleged sexual battery of a minor is now facing new charges related to possession of child sexual abuse material, police said. Osher Joshua Pittman, 21, had been arrested back in May on a charge of sexual battery on a minor by an adult, records showed. Then, on Aug. 18, police said they received a cyber tip regarding an online upload of child sexual abuse material. As a result, investigators executed a search warrant at Pittman's home, where they found electronic devices belonging to him that contained child sexual abuse material, police said.
