Afrobeats superstar Davido has officially been inducted as a voting member of the Recording Academy, the organisation behind the prestigious GRAMMY Awards. With this new role, the Nigerian artist will now participate in selecting winners for the 2026 GRAMMY Awards, joining a global network of music professionals responsible for evaluating and voting on the nominations. The Recording Academy confirmed Davido’s induction in an Instagram post on Tuesday, sharing a video that featured him alongside other newly admitted members.
