The 10th-grader arrested after allegedly being found with a loaded gun following an Instagram report about a potential threat to his New York City high school now faces terror- and weapons-related charges. The student, who has not been identified was charged with making terroristic threats and criminal possession of a weapon in the Cardozo High School case, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said Friday. He was taken into custody when the NYPD found a loaded semi-automatic weapon, and 13 rounds of ammunition, in his backpack after Instagram reported a school shooting threat. Cardozo High School in Bayside didn't have scanners as part of its security screening.
