Authorities are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was shot in the head in the parking lot of a Dunkin' Donuts in Queens Monday morning, according to police. Neighbors said it's there to honor 13-year-old Kevin Miller, who was shot and killed on his way to school in 2009.
