Hazmat units responded to an oil spill in Kips Bay in Manhattan Monday, the FDNY said. A call about the incident on First Avenue, between East 30th and East 33rd streets, came in shortly before noon. According to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, approximately 50 gallons of oil were spilled in front NYU Langone Health.
