Industrial valve and washdown product supplier Strahman Group has acquired Gemco Valve. The acquisition closed in August 2025. Strahman Group executives stated in a letter to suppliers that its purchase of Gemco will enable the valve manufacturer to expand its partnerships in the washdown equipment, bi-torq valve automation, and sample and drain process valves product segments. “By aligning with these established product lines, Gemco Valve strengthens its position within the industry, opening the door for expanded supplier partnerships,” the letter said. Gemco will continue manufacturing at its Middlesex, NJ, facility until “early 2026,” according to the letter, when the company will transition its operations to Strahman’s ISO-9001 certified, 40,000 sq.-ft manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA.Strahman Group, a division of FCH, has been serving industries worldwide since 1921.
