Perdue Farms has appointed three new executives to its senior leadership team. The new team members are Kim Poe, senior vice president, strategy and corporate development; Sal Gala, senior vice president, procurement; and Brice Westring as senior vice president, research and development (R&D). “These leaders bring deep expertise across strategy, operations, innovation, and supply chain,” Kevin McAdams, chief executive officer of Perdue Farms, said. Brice Westring – senior vice president, research and developmentReporting to Todd Tillemans, chief commercial officer, Westring will lead Perdue Farms’ R&D organization. He joins from Mondelez International, where he served as vice president of R&D, North America.
