On October 24, UMR will release a 50th Anniversary Edition of Elton John’s 1975 album Captain Fantastic And The Brown Dirt Cowboy in 2-LP, 2-CD and digital formats. This package contains the 2016 remaster of the original album, plus previously unreleased session demos, as well as live performances of songs from the album recorded in 2005 for the album’s 30th anniversary. It also includes a 28-page booklet, containing Elton John’s never-before-seen 1974 diary entries.
