Matty Powers said that Power of Recovery is beginning its fifth year of operation in Revere. Matty’s brother, Stephen and Dennis, are co-founders of Power of Recovery and Chelsea’s House Sober Living. Matty and his staff at Power of Recovery are doing very important and life affecting work.
