Christendom College to Host Acclaimed Poet James Matthew Wilson for Collegiate Lecture SeriesChristendom College will welcome acclaimed poet James Matthew Wilson back to campus for the first Collegiate Lecture Series event of the school year on Wednesday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m. in Old Chapel Hall. He is also poet-in-residence of the Benedict XVI Institute, scholar-in-residence at Aquinas College, and poetry editor of Modern Age. Amanda Graf, Christendom’s Chief of Staff, shared that the series is designed to expand upon the college’s former Major Speaker Series. “It is also a way for the college to honor those who have pursued wisdom in their lives and would like to come to campus to share that wisdom with us.”The college intends to host at least one more Collegiate Lecture Series event this fall, followed by several in the spring.
