An unfortunate death due to a farming incident is being investigated. Middlesex OPP tell myFM, on Saturday around 4pm, OPP, Lambton EMS and local fire were dispatched to a farm on Parkhill Drive in North Middlesex for the report of a farming accident. Investigation revealed that an individual was found unconscious in a well on the property and was subsequently transported to hospital. A 15-year-old of Arkona, was later pronounced deceased at hospital. Members of the Middlesex County OPP along with the Ministry of Labour and Office of the Coroner are investigating.
