Residents can now register their private storm shelters with St. Clair County EMA. Anyone wishing to participate in this voluntary program, can private message the St. Clair County EMA Facebook page with your name, address, phone number and the location of your shelter. The information will be placed on file with the St. Clair County Central Dispatch Center. Officials also encourages residents to sign up to receive severe weather alerts through Alert St Clair.
