Urban legends are a part of the fabric of any city, and Amarillo has had some pretty big urban legends. None of them ever seems to have been proven, and that's the beauty of an urban legend. Chicken Legs & HoovesAs the legend would have it, the women would be dancing the night away with the (reportedly) handsome man, and they looked down.
