Beyond Coffee officially launched on Clasketgate in Lincoln earlier this month following a soft opening in August. I was keen to visit the cafe, and so on my next visit to Lincoln, I made sure to pop in and see what it was like. While to-go orders would wait downstairs, I was told to have a seat upstairs, and they would bring my order up to me. There were a good few tables upstairs, most of which were full, and it had a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.
