— On Sept. 12 Perdue Farms announced the appointments of three executives to its senior leadership team. The fourth-generation, family-owned food and agriculture company named Kim Poe as senior vice president, strategy & Corporate Development; Sal Gala as senior vice president, Procurement; and Brice Westring as senior vice president, Research & Development. “These leaders bring deep expertise across strategy, operations, innovation and supply chain,” said Kevin McAdams, chief executive officer of Perdue Farms. Gala has held senior procurement and supply chain leadership roles at McCormick, Mars, and Goodyear, managing sourcing and operations at a global level. He most recently served as vice president of R&D, North America at Mondelez International.
