VEVEY, SWITZERLAND — Paul Bulcke is stepping down from his role as Nestle SA chairman earlier than planned, according to the company, and will be replaced by vice chairman Pablo Isla, effective Oct. 1. Isla was supposed to succeed Bulcke as board chairman in 2026. I wish the entire Nestle family every success in the future.”Bulcke has served as chair of Nestle’s board of directors for nine years. Regarding his appointment as chairman, Isla added, “On behalf of the board of directors, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Paul for his leadership and unwavering dedication to Nestle.
