ST. LOUIS — Artisan pizza manufacturer Katie’s announced it will sell its products at Target stores. “When I was homeless, everything I owned would have fit into one of their shopping bags, now I’ve made it to Target’s shelves with Katie’s pizzas,” said Katie Lee, founder of Katie’s. “I’ve come a long way, and our team is always pushing, no matter the odds. As a busy working mom, it’s hard to find convenient, real food — so we made it ourselves. There’s nothing else like it and we’re proud to stand behind that.”Katie’s pizzas initially launched at select local and regional grocery chains.
