Evri has today announced its solution to trump the tariffs to support customers and clients to maintain deliveries to the US – the biggest ecommerce market. Since then, through its existing solution, Evri has seen a 30 per cent increase in US parcel traffic over the last week. One option is a ‘retail-paid duty model’ that includes higher duty and taxes to the retailer, but no surprises to the end customer. Evri manages and pay charges on behalf of the retailer, then invoices back, to keep the process simple and reduce paperwork.
