Oman Post, the national postal operator, has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Denmark-based e-Boks to establish and operate Oman’s official national digital postbox. The digital postbox will serve as the official, secure channel for all communications between government entities, businesses, and individuals. The platform is a cornerstone initiative in advancing Oman’s digital government, strengthening data sovereignty, and enabling a more efficient, individual-centric economy in line with Oman Vision 2040. The national digital postbox will centralize the delivery of official documents, including bills, contracts, statements, and notices, replacing fragmented channels with a single, trusted source of truth. “This partnership is a strategic investment in Oman’s future,” said Sayyid Nasr Albusaidi, Postmaster of Oman Post.
