Retailer Holland & Barrett is rolling out its click and collect service across the UK. Online customers can choose to pick up their purchases in any of Holland & Barrett’s 760 stores – and they can also opt to use an InPost parcel locker. Holland & Barrett recently completed a successful trial of the click and collect service within the M25, and will now roll it out nationally through a “phased expansion” over the next two months. Commenting on the click and collect rollout, Head of Direct for Holland & Barrett International, Gordon Hewlett, said the service was “essential to serve an increasingly younger and tech savvy customer”. The click and collect service builds on Holland & Barrett’s existing delivery options.
