The Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) is prioritizing the development of a skilled workforce by expanding its Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and Graduate Development programmes. The organization has also made a strong financial commitment to these initiatives, investing approximately N$2.2 million in its Graduate Development Programmes to support 14 graduates. By immersing students in real professional settings, internships enable the adaptation toworkplace dynamics and the development of essential skills.
