The Namibia Women in Finance and Insurance Organisation (NAMWIFI) has officially started its Mentorship Programme, following a successful launch earlier this year at the 2025 Women in Finance and Insurance Summit. It is designed to support and empower women working in Namibia’s finance and insurance sectors. According to NAMWIFI, the programme offers a safe and inspiring space for women to grow both personally and professionally. The organisation believes empowering women in finance and insurance is key to building a stronger, more inclusive industry. This mentorship programme is a step toward creating lasting change and nurturing the next generation of women leaders in Namibia.
