‘Whispers in the courtroom: The dangerous dance between power and justice’(BN) – IN a democracy, the country stands on three strong pillars, the Government, the Parliament, and the Courts. The Constitution of Malaysia gives power to the Judiciary to make decisions according to the law. They may no longer make decisions based on justice, but based on what the Government wants. This is how the Courts lose their freedom. If they believe that the law only serves those in power, they will lose confidence.
