In September 2023, Schenck Process completed the sale of its Food & Performance Materials (FPM) business to Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI). By integrating digitalization and advanced process expertise, Qlar will prioritize reliability, efficiency, and close customer collaboration to meet the region’s evolving industrial landscape.
