Effective 1 October 2025, Carl Zeiss AG will be making changes to its Executive Board members and reorganizing its remits. Dr. Jochen Peter has decided not to renew his contract for another term as a member of the Executive Board of Carl Zeiss AG with responsibility for the ZEISS Industrial Quality & Research (IQR) segment. He notified the Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss AG about this. "The Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss AG regrets Dr. Peter's decision. The Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss AG has appointed Dr. Marc Wawerla as his successor and as a new member of the Executive Board effective 1 October 2025.
