On Wednesday, Hawaii State Department of Health officials said there have been 4,658 COVID-19 tests completed. According to the Johns Hopkins Interactive Dashboard, as of 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, the United States now has the most cases in the world, at 82,404, out of the world’s 526,044 confirmed cases.
