The Washington Commanders and wide receiver Terry McLaurin agreed to a three-year, $96 million contract extension. McLaurin, 29, was entering the final year of the three-year, $68.3 million pact he signed in 2022. McLaurin missed mandatory minicamp and the first four days of training camp. Over the first 97 starts of his NFL career, McLaurin totaled 460 catches for 6,379 yards and 38 scores. The Commanders will host the New York Giants in their season opener Sept. 7 in Landover, Md.
