Ollis was later escorted back to the Big Island by Hawai‘i County Prosecutors’ Investigators, to face his criminal charges. On April 24, 2024, Ollis was indicted by a Hilo grand jury on charges related to the sexual assault of a minor for incidents that occurred between November 2012 and February 2013. As the Indictment alleges, Ollis is charged with Sexual Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree. Sexual Assault in the First Degree is a class A felony offense and carries a penalty of a twentyyear prison term. Sexual Assault in the Third Degree is a class C felony offense and carries a penalty of either a five-year prison term or five years probation and up to twelve months in jail.
