VOLCANO ROAD (ROUTE 11)KEAAUSingle lane closure on Volcano Road (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 6 to 8, in the vicinity of Old Volcano Road, on Monday, September 8 to Friday, September 12 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for mulching and shoulder work. WELOKASingle lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 21.3 to 24.3, in the vicinity of Mamalahoa Highway, Thursday, September 11 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for maintenance on Kihalani Bridge.
