Right after news broke that #5 overall prospect Alex Clemmey, a crafty lefty pitcher who had dominated High-A Wilmington was moving up to AA Harrisburg, numerous sources announced several other promotions. He has posted a 4-7 record, 3.50 ERA, and 1.34 WHIP to go along with 73 strikeouts in 108.0 innings in 21 total appearances. 23-year-old righty Euri Montero was also promoted from Low-A Fredericksburg to High-A Wilmington, and he has posted a 3.12 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and 18 strikeouts in 34.2 innings.
