Land Information NZ (LINZ) has substantially completed the modernisation of its Landonline property titles and surveys system and all external users are now using the new platform. All titles customers – primarily legal professionals – were migrated to the new platform in March, by which time, 80% of LINZ staff support functionality had also been released. Survey application “Plan Generation” went live in late July, the last of three survey applications to be released to surveyors. Legacy Landonline has been switched off for external users for all title transactions, and two of the three survey applications. Access to the final survey application is expected to end on 30 September.
