Managed services provider, Elite Print Solutions (EPS) Group will be exploring new services streams and industries as it seals its acquisition of CompuMenn Group (CMGSS) in August. “The acquisition addresses one of the biggest challenges in the Australian IT services market: delivering consistent national coverage across metro and regional areas,” Nagarajah said. The acquisition also strengthens EPS’s position as a national IT services provider and supports its strategy of moving into integrated service delivery, managed services, and Everything as a Service (XaaS), creating sustainable recurring revenue streams and long-term relationships with existing customers. “The deal gives EPS broader service capabilities, entry into new industries and geographies, and a stronger recurring revenue model,” he said. As a result, EPS will embed AI-powered tools such as predictive maintenance, service desk automation and intelligent workflows, into its managed service offerings.
