Telco 2degrees has laid out its strategic vision with a three-year strategy focused on value, innovation and growth, amid reporting record revenue for its financial year ending June 30.
The company reported a $42.9 million increase in total revenue, representing 3.2 per cent year-on-year growth, to post a figure of $1.385 billion for the year.
The telco reported a statutory net loss before tax of $22.6 million in FY25 (in comparison to $4.8 million in FY24), which was largely driven by non-cash valuation impacts and one-off integration costs.
In August, 2degrees brought together more than two million customer connections across mobile, broadband, and energy onto a single, internally developed telco platform, marking the final step in the three-year integration programme following 2degrees’ 2022 merger with Vocus Group.
The increase in one-off costs drove a further $10m reduction in NPBT, primarily reflecting the final year of integration activity.
