A suspect now faces a December court date after eyewitnesses saw him fire a gun at a Boone, NC convenience store. Thomas Matthew Presnell, 35, is accused of shooting into an occupied vehicle at Circle K on Highway 105 South. Presnell was arrested shortly after and his weapon was recovered, according to a city report.
