As was hinted some time ago, Sony has quietly released a new PS5 Slim Digital model on the market. This version is essentially a small revision of the previous modexl but comes with a controversial change: a smaller SSD compared to recent editions. In this case, however, something unusual has happened: the new PS5 Digital, identical to the previous version in every other way, has a smaller SSD. Why Sony Made the ChangeTo cut costs, Sony seems to have gone back to the original SSD size, reducing storage in what should have been the latest evolution of the PS5 Slim Digital. However, many players may not be happy, since until recently the same console at the same price included a 1 TB SSD.
